Our Policy on Refunds and Exchanges
If there is a problem or concern with your order from Alembic Assemlby, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you! We want you to be happy with your new purchase, so we’ve set up the following guidelines for refunds and exchanges.
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Custom products (unless damaged or defective)
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Refunds
Please contact us at athanor@alembic-assembly.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If approved, you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to ship items back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed. If you are receiving store credit, it will be applied to your account on our website. If you are receiving a cash refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please give your refund a few days to process and post. If you have not recieved an approved refund, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can look into it.
Exchanges
If there is something wrong with your order, if it is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to see if you qualify for a replacement. We may offer a replacement item or store credit if your purchase qualifies. Send us an email at athanor@alembic-assembly.com, and we will review your request and send you a replacement or store credit if approved.
Shipping
Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping costs in the event of a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive instructions on where to send your item once your return has been approved
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items and purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items, as we cannot be responsible for loass or damage incurred during shipping.
